The Continental Breakfast was Great, Convenient and Stocked!!(Starbucks Coffee, as well!!) The Lobby is so “up-beat,” Beautifully designed and had A lot of room(square footage)! It was Comfortable..Quite Relaxing!!! They have an “S-shaped, Gorgeous, heated pool, half the “s” is an “outside pool,” with a Huge pool/patio area with lounge chairs and tables and a separated, Huge Fire pit, which is Connected to the other “s” shape of the pool, Indoors. They are just “divided,” at the top of the indoor pool’s Enclosed porch, with see through plastic!! There’s a big Hot-tub next to the “Indoor” side of the pool!! It’s Unbelievably Unique!! Very Clean!!!

N/A for the breakfast the room was smaller than I thought it would be but efficient. The staff was outstanding, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Patty had a room available for an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Jackie made sure we had everything we needed, linens, toiletries, and information regarding beaches and attractions. Cindy made check out a breeze. Maintenance staff were always smiling. The staff all seemed genuine. The customer service was great.

I saw online that Sonesta had a pool. But was not sure there was a hot tub. When I got there, not wanting to go in the pool, I did not have anything to put on to go in the hot tub. So that was pure regret, but temporary regret. There are alot more things in life to be regretful about, but dang I'm still wishing I had a bathing suit.

The hotel was a great location to have a more affordable price with just a short drive to downtown Newport. It took less than 10 minutes to get pretty much anywhere we wanted to go.

Towels left from previous day(s). Loved the indoor to outdoor pool. Temp of water comfortable. Hot tub clean and hot!
